We use 4 essential oils in this service. We customize each one so we can add oils that are good for relaxation, circulation, sleep, immune support, congestion, and just about anything you can think of.

We will usually use 2 oils at the end. Peppermint to help wake you up and increase energy and Wild orange to help rejuvenate but also keep you calm and relaxed.  An amazing combination.

We use 6 essential oils in this service. The oils are customizable but usually 2 in the beginning for relaxation and stress. 2 more for chronic tension and pain relief and then the wild orange and peppermint at the end to increase energy and keep you calm.

Hot stones help to improve circulation, decrease muscle tension, relieve stress and aids in relieving chronic pain. We don’t just lay stones on your back to heat up the area and then take them off. We use the stones in our hand with a little pressure to help relieve tension, stress and to loosen up and stubborn knots more effectively.
