This does come with some inconveniences like us not always being able to get to the phone. Your patience is appreciated when it comes to this. We have Rikki answering phones 9-5 Monday-Friday. We do our best to get to the phone on the weekends in between appointments. Please leave a message or send a text and we will get back to you as soon as we have a break. You can also schedule an appointment online on our site.

1. We use coconut oil for our massages. We understand that some people are allergic and if you are severely allergic this may not be the right place for you. We do have other options for lotion but there’s always a possibility that you could still come in contact with some coconut oil.
2. We use Doterra essential oils throughout the entire spa. The same thing applies, if you are allergic, this may not be the right place for you.
3. There can on occasion be a strong smell due to the nail technicians who are renting at the spa.

Our doors stay locked for your renters’ and clients’ peace of mind. We no longer have a waiting room and cannot have people waiting inside of the spa. When you arrive, please, wait in your car and text us. As soon as we are done sanitizing and getting the room ready we will come and open the door for you.

If you need to stop by for a gift card, to book an appointment, or purchase a product I would recommend scheduling a time to come in so we can make sure someone is available to help you. We do not have a front desk who is there to help you. We stay pretty booked up and it can be difficult to accommodate walk-ins without having a scheduled time to see you.

We run our business inside of Flawless Silhouettes Wellness Spa. It is a rental suite with multiple other businesses in it such as Hair, Nails, Aesthetics, Eyelashes, Waxing. These businesses are separate from ours and we do not control the owners or their clients. Massage Customs rents 3 rooms inside of this salon/spa.
